As a manager you may have employees with mental health difficulties!


Early action can prevent them becoming more unwell


Managers should make 'reasonable adjustments' for employees


This is the LAW


Don't try to understand the diagnosis


Ask questions in a non-judgmental way


You should be positive & supportive whilst exploring the issues


Making adjustments to their job could relieve symptoms


Listen & act on it please!
