Lancashire NHS Trust setup a mindfulness therapy course!
As a part of their wellbeing action plan for staff
The course was aimed at staff who experienced high stress
The 2 hour sessions involved mindfulness meditation
The results were highly effective
There was a 78% improvement in key wellbeing metrics within 2 months
One nurse wrote;
"I have noticed a huge difference in myself"
Another nurse wrote
"Before I attended I was feeling very anxious"
