Do you want sustainable change in your life?


šŸ”¶ļø Start today. Yes today, not tomorrow. TODAY!



šŸ”¶ļø Change something small, give up something that is achievable, adopt a new behaviour which is easy to adapt to.



šŸ”¶ļø Be consistent with that 1 small change, use it to help build your confidence, motivation & resilience. Keep this up for at least 4 weeks.



šŸ”¶ļø Your brain is now getting used to the change, it is becoming your new normal behaviour. Avoid situations that will mess up the change.



šŸ”¶ļø If your feeling confident after 4 weeks, add in a new change. Again, keep it small. Give something else up, adopt a new behaviour.



šŸ”¶ļø Stay mindful about situations that will compromise your 2 new changes. Learn to juggle 2 balls without dropping them.



šŸ”¶ļø It's 3 months now, your first change is now your new normal, the 2nd is becoming normal. Add in 1 BIG change. Shock yourself with it, challenge yourself.



šŸ”¶ļø The BIG change is your new challenge, keep it front & centre at ALL times.



šŸ”¶ļø THIS PART IS IMPORTANT, when people talk to you about your new big change. DO NOT listen to what they say. Ignore them, trust yourself only.



šŸ”¶ļø By now the big change is all you focus on, let it become your full time mission. Challenge your brain to not give up. Keep going. Build your willpower



šŸ”¶ļø 6 months have passed, your feeling good about the progress of your BIG change. Don't get complacent. If you feel yourself thinking about your old habit, physically get up & doing something else.



šŸ”¶ļø Even if you slip up once or twice, do not give up. Start again, but don't think you are starting again, think as though you are carrying on where you left off.



šŸ”¶ļø By now you should be confident in introducing new changes, big or small at will. Keep going. Your are now growing freely. You are realising your true potential .
