Basic Meditation Top Tip



5 elements make up fruitful meditation


● Mantra

● Breathwork

● Chanting & vibration

● Focus

● Emotion


🔷️ Accompany your breathing with a mantra


🔶️ The sound should start from your navel area.


🔷️ You should allow the sound to resonate through your body.


🔶️ This will mainly include your chest area & mouth/face area.


🔷️ The sound should have an element of vibration.


🔶️ Allow the rhythm of your body to dictate the pitch of the vibration, this could be deep, or high pitched.


🔷️Most important, get into a rhythm & allow the sound to flow out naturally.


🔶️ Use the "1 Love" mantra, repeat this with the "1" aligned to the in breath & the love on the out breath.


Remember to be consistent.
