5 Meditation Hacks


1. Meditate on an empty stomach. It is a lot more effective. All that energy your body is using to digest food can instead be diverted to your meditation


2. Meditate in a group. Even if it is just 2 of you, it is way more effective. Think of a school of fish or a pride of lions or a hive of bees. When there is a collective or combined consciousness you are more able to connect!


3. Straighten your back. Your energy flows up & down your nervous system. You want this to be the path of least resistance, so open up your energy channels.


4. Stomach breathwork. Most of us breathe with our focus centred on our mouth or throat. Your stomach should be doing the pumping, circulate that precious air around your system.


5. Relax the top of your head. This does not sound possible, but believe me, it is. You want to relax all the head, but especially the top. That spot that feels slightly more sensitive than the rest. You will notice a difference!
